Shopping for a Suite

What amenities are included with a Miami Hurricanes suite?

Football: Suites at Hard Rock Stadium offer climate-controlled interior space and comfortable seating, USB charging at drink rails, mobile control for TVs, multiple TV screens, in-suite catering options, and a dedicated suite attendant. Suites also include full access to Club Level concourse at Hard Rock Stadium.

Men’s Basketball: Suites at Watsco Center offer comfortable seating, in-suite TVs, in-suite catering options, and a dedicated suite attendant.

How do I purchase a Miami Hurricanes suite?

To purchase a Miami Hurricanes luxury suite for Football or Men’s Basketball, visit the Reserve Now page. Select your desired game and choose from the available suite options. You can complete your purchase online by entering your payment details. When do I receive my tickets after purchasing a suite?

After your purchase, a representative from the Hurricanes Premium Sales & Service Team will confirm your suite details. Once details are finalized with your representative and a single-game suite agreement is signed, tickets will be delivered digitally.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes are digital and must be accessed via your mobile device. To easily manage your tickets, down the Hurricanes App and follow the provided instructions. The Hurricanes App is available for free on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It is recommended to transfer tickets to your guests in advance of your event.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Additionally, ACH/Bank Wire Transfers are available upon request. If you have any questions about alternative payment methods, please contact us for further assistance.

Is payment required in full?

Yes, suites must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your suite.

Are there any additional fees?

Suite pricing includes all applicable fees unless otherwise specified.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

After your suite purchase, a member of the Miami Hurricanes Premium Service Team will send a confirmation email with details on how to order food and beverages through our catering provider Sodexo! Live (Hard Rock Stadium) or inStyle (Watsco Center). Pre Orders must be placed at least 4 business days before the event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

While catering is sure to enhance your experience, it is not a requirement. You may customize your suite experience with an extensive selection of food and beverage options. Choose from curated set menus or a la carte offering tailored to your preferences. Following your purchase, a Premium Sales & Service Team representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with furthering catering instructions.

Can I purchase additional tickets (standing room only) for my suite?

Yes, additional standing room only tickets can be purchased. Please contact your representative from the Hurricanes Premium Sales & Service Team for more information about availability and pricing for each game.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children under 2 years of age do not require a separate ticket for entry to Hard Rock Stadium or Watsco Center.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite?

For security reasons, certain items are not allowed inside Hard Rock Stadium or Watsco Center. For a full list of approved and restricted items, please visit Hard Rock Stadium and Watsco Center.

Does my suite ticket provide access to other areas?

Football: Suite tickets grant access to your suite as well as the General Club Level at Hard Rock Stadium.

Men’s Basketball: Suite tickets grant access to your suite and the suite level at Watsco Center.

Where do I park?

Parking passes will be distributed prior to the game. Lots will be assigned based on the suite location. For turn-by-turn directions to your parking lot, please select the lot below:

Where do I enter?

Guests may enter through any entrance at Hard Rock Stadium. For the entrance closest to your suite, please refer to the below breakdown:

  • North Sideline Entrance:
    • NW Corner: Suite 209A – 212A (Club Level) and Suite M12A – M12B (Mezzanine Level)
    • North Sideline: Suite 213A – 223A (Club Level) and Suite M13A – M23B (Mezzanine Level)
    • NE Corner: Suite 224A – 227A (Club Level) and Suite M24B – M27B (Mezzanine Level)
  • East Endzone Entrance:
    • East Endzone: Suite 228A – 236B (Club Level) and Suite M30A-D and Suite M34A-D (Mezzanine Level)
  • South Sideline Entrance:
    • SE Corner: Suite 237B – 240A (Club Level) and Suite M37A – M40B (Mezzanine Level)

When does my suite open?

Suites will open 90 minutes before kickoff.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite during the game?

Yes, there will be limited menu options on game day. To order, please ask your suite attendant or use the QR code inside the suite.
